How long does it take for a hat to be made?
Since all of our hats are individually handmade, our delivery time usually falls between 6 to 10 m0nths, depending on what your custom needs are
What do your hats cost?
Fur Felt (100% Rabbit): Starting at $425
Beaver Blend (50% Beaver/50% Rabbit): Starting at $745
100% Beaver: Starting at $995
We require a 50% deposit to start your custom order, the remainder is payable at the time of pickup or shipping
What are differences in the different type of felts?
As a general rule, the more beaver fur in a felt, the more durable and lighter the final hat will be, though all of our felts make a high quality hat. Please reach out to us to discuss what would be the perfect felt for your hat
How do I find my hat size?
Finding the exact place to measure can be a little tricky, so if you do not know your hat size, please give us a phone call for us to guide you through taking a measurement to find the size that is perfect for you
I really like this hat I've seen in a picture/movie/tv show, but I don't see one like it on your site. Could you make one like it?

Can you ship my hat to me?
Shipping is available to all US states. For international orders, please call to see if we can ship to your country. We will cover shipping costs for hats sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx ground. Other services like overnight shipping are available for an additional fee.
What if there is something I don’t like about my new hat?
We guarantee our work! Please allow us to make this the hat you’ve always wanted. Please contact us so that we can make any corrections that are needed within two weeks of receiving the hat. If we made a mistake, all return shipping charges will be refunded.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
We have a 30% restocking fee for any hats returned within 14 day. Any additional shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept returns after 14 days.
