We guarantee our WORK! Please allow us to make this the hat that you've always wanted.

Please follow the instructions below.

1. We reserve the right to have the chance to make the corrections that are needed. Please contact us within two weeks or charges may apply.

2. Return shipping charges will be refunded with receipt. (If company has made an error with original order)

3. We only cover shipping cost for USPS, UPS, or FED EX ground only. You will not be reimbursed for packing charges or overnight delivery.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY. We have a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions. Shipping charges are non-refundable for cancellations. No refund of your percentage will be given after 14 days.
